7 Best Google Online Jobs Without Investment

There are several online jobs that do not require any investment, and Google offers a few of them. Even though the majority of them are not exactly jobs, they do provide a way to earn money from the Google company.

If you’re not sure which Google online jobs I’m talking about that don’t require any investment, check out this list of 7 methods.

7 Google Online Jobs

1. Complete Surveys On Google Opinion Rewards

Google Opinion Rewards is a mobile-based reward program that pays you to answer survey questions. Like other survey sites, Google has its own survey app (for both Android and iOS) that gives users a chance to earn extra money.

To get started, all you have to do is install it, enter your profile information, and connect your PayPal account.

Once done, you’ll be notified whenever a new survey is available. For completing each survey, you can earn anywhere from 10 cents to $1.

Please keep in mind that the surveys have a 24-hour validity period, so make sure you finish it on time.

When your account reaches a balance of at least $2, Google Opinion Rewards will transfer the funds to your PayPal account.

You can expect to receive one survey each week or even more.

2. Make Money From Google Adsense

Google Adsense is an advertising program that allows website publishers to serve text, images, and video ads relevant to the site’s content and audience.

If you know about blogging, you might be aware that many bloggers use Adsense to monetize their blogs. However, most of them use self-hosting blogs to display ads which requires some initial investment to get started.

As this post is about Google online jobs without investment, gladly, you can still create a free blog on Blogger.com. To know how it’s done, I recommend you to check out this Google support page.

When it comes to earning potential, it depends on your traffic, the number of ad clicks, and your niche. The more visitors your blog receives, the more money you can expect to make.

Furthermore, some niches are more profitable than others, like the finance niche. So, if you target one of them, you have a chance to earn more money.

Also, if Google Adsense rejects your blog during the application process, you can reapply after 2-3 months or try other Google Adsense alternatives.

3. Start a YouTube Channel

YouTube started as a stand-alone company before being bought by Google in 2006. So, it technically falls under our list of Google online jobs.

If you don’t mind creating engaging videos, starting a YouTube channel can also be a good way to earn money without making any investments.

To monetize your YouTube channel, you must have at least 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months. To get there quickly, you must upload several engaging videos to your channel to increase its reach.

Once you cross the hurdle, Google will display Adsense ads before & between your videos while they’re playing. Each click and impression on those ads by viewers will add money to your Adsense account.

You can then withdraw your earnings to your bank account when you reach the $100 minimum payout threshold.

If you want to increase your income further, you can promote affiliate products, sell your own products, or even accept donations from your YouTube channel.

In general, starting a YouTube channel is an excellent way to earn money from Google.

4. Search a Job on Google Careers

Google has a career page called Google Careers, where you can find daily job postings in a variety of fields. All jobs can be filtered by location, skills, degrees, job types, and organizations.

You can either use these filters to find a suitable Google online job based on your skills and qualifications or perform a search using their search bar.

5. Google Play

Though we frequently go to Google Play to install new apps and games, it can also be an excellent platform for making money with your own apps.

If you know how to create Android apps, you can put them on the Google Play store and monetize them with Adsense ads.

Another way to get paid is by offering a limited free version of your app with the option to upgrade to a paid version with additional features or to make it ad-free when upgraded.

Either way, you’ll be able to earn some decent money with apps, and it only gets better as the number of downloads increases.

Besides apps, you can also sell ebooks, which is a much simpler way to make money on Google play.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps provides an online job that not only requires no investment but is also enjoyable to complete. Although you will not be paid for this job, Google may occasionally send you vouchers.

I’m talking about becoming a local guide whose job is to contribute content to Google Maps.

It can be reviewing or rating a location, answering questions about a place, adding photos to a location, editing place information, tagging a dish, or responding to Q&As.

You will earn points for this job, which will increase your local guide level & earn you badges. Besides, you will also get early access to new Google features.

7. Google Pay

Google Pay is not a platform for making money, but it can help you save money on transactions.

It is an online payment service used for transactions and money transfers. Unlike other payment systems, they do not charge any fees for debit card transactions & money transfers to friends and family.

As a result, you have a great chance to save money on every purchase you make with your debit card. However, please note that there is a 2.9% fee for credit card purchases.

So, if you’re a debit cardholder, you can certainly save some money, which is equivalent to earning money. Isn’t it?

These are the seven Google online job ideas that popped into my head, and none of them require any kind of investment. If you’ve found a suitable idea that matches your skill and schedule, it’s not too late to get started.
